I still kind of feel like the song is a bit much. But, i completely understand why people feel it's not. In this day and age social media is what we make it. Nas did way more positive with this song, and I hope the message gets widespread through out hip hop. We always talk about our sons in hip hop and how we need to be fathers to them, I think sometimes we forget about our "Daughters". I love the video, minus the inbetween shots of Nas dancing. How come when rappers get old, they be wanting to dance more?

Nas - Daughters (Prod. by No I.D.)
With the piece of sh*t travesty that was "Another Black Girl Lost" produced by Hit-Or-Miss Boy, Nas decided to finally release the very first song he recorded in the studio for his new album. The song daughters is one of the most personal releases for Nas to date. Every isn't all sweet thought. Nas's daughter(Destiny)'s mother was not too happy about this being made public, even after her daughter had already done that. You Can Listen to How we Felt about The Song During THE VERDICT on WM40A PODCAST EP.171.

New! STALLEY "BLUE SKY" FREESTYLE (Beat by No.I.D.)
I couldn't have picked a better up-n-coming rapper to take a stab at ripping this beat. This is very acceptable. After this though, yall need to just leave it alone.

Big Sean "My Last" ft. Chris Brown (Prod. No I.D.)
I'm still up in the air about this kid Big Sean. From his name given his appearance, it's like lil Kevin from the Wire, to his flow which holds no continuity. The kid is one of the biggest hit/miss artists in the game at this point. Which leads me to question the quality of this track. Let me explain. The track is fiyah! The beat is ill. Beat'r-up-Chris isn't annoying and plays his part to ride this melodical tune with a happy upbeat left hook. The question comes in with Big Sean or Drake. Get my drift? These dudes need to find a style and stick with it. He sounds way too much like Aubrey on this track, and I've heard Big Sean do Big Sean before. All I'm saying is, just do you Sean. Let that Graham cracker be him. I almost thought i heard a YM s/o adlib. smh...
