J. Cole is one of the illest emcees doing it on the grind right now and I'm glad to be one of the lucky ears to witness it. Nowtonly does he talk about stuff that a person of my caliber can relate to-- no I didn't street hustle, bust
heads, bang out car windows, or pick a side and color growing up. I also had two loving parents who were there for me; that's the only thing I really can't relate to Cole on. In a generation of soft rappers who either whine about their money and fame woes, semi-simping rappers who do it all for the ladies, rappers that can talk on beat and call themselves rappers, and others too dumb for their own ignant categorization, Cole is a real artist. I'm not sure as of yet if he produced this track or not. If he did expect his album to be one of the best things to happen in 2011. Keep doing your thing Cole! Our ears are wide open...
