So, was anyone else out there surprised at how big a cult following this short rapper named Curren$y has. Dude is really something like the 2010 Snoop from the chronic era. Things have been all uphill since he left Young Money! Pilot Talk is definitely a hood stoners album. But its more than that. Its a new sound in hip hop that could be classified as Hip Hop Elevator music or Stoner jazz rap.. that new Miles Davis flow. How ever you lable it, just make sure you label it good work! I personally get it in with Breakfast, Roasted, Audio Dope, The Day, and some other. But on the real, I'm still bumpin that "This Ain't no Mixtape".
