Fried Chick And White Folk Who Love It
Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul got engaged to activist girlfriend Lauren Parsekian in Paris over the New Year's holiday.
And, at the Warner Bros/InStyle Golden Globes after party on Sunday, the Emmy-winning actor, 32, told Us Weekly the date and locale for their big day: May 26, 2013 in Malibu, Calif!
Paul and his 24-year-old love (co-CEO of Finding Kind Productions, Inc.) celebrated their engagement with an intimate gathering of pals last Friday at Lexington Social House in Hollywood.
The future spouses chowed down on fried chicken at the eatery's open-air patio, and their pals toasted them with Dom Perignon champagne.
*Sheds Tears of Joy*
It's no secret that I'm a die hard Breaking Bad fan. I'm also a Jesse fan, so this is one of the most near and dear to my heart posts of the year. Aaron Paul is constantly doing great things, and this year he's moved me in a way that no other celebrity has in a long time, with this engagement. This engagement shows that no matter what the media says, no matter what percentages and statistics show, no matter what any race, creed, or culture tries to sway the other into claiming,... WHITE PEOPLE LOVE FRIED CHICKEN! EVERYONE LOVES FRIED CHICKEN!
Cmonson, it's just true. There's nothing more goal fulfilling then a bad chick on yo arm, some Don Perignon (which I just learned how to spell from this article), and FRIED CHICKEN. Now you're probably thinking, "Here's another BLACK blogger, writing about some friend chicken, when the focus was the engagement party", well, to that I say, shame on you Sir. I didn't write the initial article that made it a point to say, "Oh, yea not only did Jesse get engaged, but he was eating fried chicken too". I wish they would taken some photos of Jesse and his wifey with grease and a smile on their faces.
