Being the eargasmic-addict that I am, with an ability to always be in the right place at the right time, the first time I heard these guys I was able to have a sit down with them, at A3C 2010. They were doing an early afternoon set (the worst time at these events) on the back stage, to a small hand-full of an audience, if you could even call it such. That didn't last very long. As soon as the band struck a hard chord, quickly followed up by a soothing, mellow down-tempo melody, the lead belted to the high heavens and every one was mesmerized. These guys did one of the best sets at A3C that year and only a few lucky people were able to catch it, I being one.
Since then, I haven't really heard much from them. I was happy to discover they were the geniuses behind Sabotage on Wale's "Ambition" LP, but was quickly enraged by Le's choice to use Lloyd over their lead vocalist, Sam. Either way, the group hasn't stopped moving. They dropped their Sun and Sidearm EP back in September of 2011, cop it. I ran into Sam at SXSW 2012 back in March. Not to mention, most recently, they released a song titled "Faces" featuring Wale. You would think all that is enough for a fan, but it's not, which is why I'm posting these TWO videos of their a recent live performance. The Audio quality isn't great, but you get the gist of it.

Big ups to Riddim for getting this on tape and uploading it for the world to see.
